If you live in San Diego or Southern California I would highly suggest getting on the bus to hell.
La Familia has rented out the entire hotel for a night of tequila, tecate, and mota.
If you do not attend go a head and shoot your self in the face.
On a serious note, you do NOT need a passport and it's super safe seeing as you're basically guests of T$ and STM Locos respectively.
