Capleton
Still one of my favorites on any riddim.
I never seen this album up on any blogs so I free'd it up myself.
Enjoy.

Big Chune Alert
This one may be a bit too soft for some folks, but I like it and have little to zero regard for the opinions of other people.

Sizzla Live
Seeing Sizzla live is the closest thing dancehall has to a punk show. It doesn't have stage diving and all that, but people get into a pretty decent frenzy.
If you ever get a chance to catch Mr. Kalonji on stage do it.
I believe this clip is from a show in Amsterdam. That would probably be a good place to see Sizzla. Everyone would be all baked and cordial except for the dude that ate too much space cake. He would probably be trying to ask every black dude with a shaved a head if they were DMX and if they could sign his hat for him.
Other than that it would be a pretty mellow crowd.

Satori Culture Blend Vol. 6

It took me a really long time to warm to "culture" tunes. I always thought it lacked the rougher sound and was more contemporary roots sounding.
After hearing tunes in the dance from Unite and Dash I realized that culture tunes can be very anthemic and really heavy. The singers tend to be more skilled and can really carry the melody for a tune even if the riddim is weak.
Satori always makes good mixes and this one has lots of big culture tunes on it. So if you've never given culture tunes a try here is your chance.
Run it.

Tarrus Riley "Living The Life Of A Gun"
Big big big tune.
This album has been out for a long time, but this a really decent video and worth checking.
I know I support blatant ignorant music, but that's because I appreciate the absurdity of it all. In truth I am really just a big softy at heart.
Tarrus Riley has been crushing dancehall ever since he popped up and it's cool that he never strays away from a positive message which is in my opinion way more "badman" than all the gun man chunes combined.
Also this video gets a HUGE bump for the Joe Lickshot cameo. Who is Joe Lickshot? You've probably heard him numerous times and never knew it.
Listen to the intro to this Smif N Wessun chune HERE and watch the light switch turn on.
