I got a text from my friend PoB saying that our friend Alex was in the ER. I was not excited to read it.

Turns out he took a spill on his bike, but made a full recovery.

I still say "Go For It" even if it means you have to take an L in the ER.

Last night I was gifted with this record by Armed Snobbery a.k.a Prince Vaughn.

Anyone that grew up in the 90's era of rap will recognize numerous samples right from the get go, but I'm not posting it because of it's "sample" potential, but because it's a rammer of a record and if you put this on and pour your girl another Rumple Minz shot you could probably get your balls licked.
