Vybz Kartel "Toilet Paper Bounty" (Bounty Diss)

Easy Vybz!

As I've been posting Bounty had been going in on Vybz Kartel with 3 straight songs and Vybz finally got a song together to reply and in my opinion is better than anything Bounty Killer laid down.

Listen for yourself.

Someone is gonna get shot soon. Trust me. Dancehall fuckery is 10x's more violent than anything seen in rap.

Design Of The Day

Korgoth of Barbaria

Besides dancehall, graffiti, and trap rap I'm actually quite a big geek for animation.

Korgoth of Barbaria was only a pilot on Cartoon Network, but it by far would have been the most face melting awesome cartoon to hit the airwaves had they green lighted it for a full season.

It's sort of Superjail-ish, but more um barbaric? Is that word I'm looking for?

Anyways, it rules. Just watch it and tell me I'm wrong.

Fuck Ed Hardy

This is not a co-sign of Dirt Nasty, but I support the "Fuck Ed Hardy" movement to the fullness.

Bounty Killer "Ungrateful Hellbwoy"

Bounty isn't even waiting for Vybz to reply. He is not playing apparently.

In the spirit of di "Warlord" I made this amazing mock up of Hellbwoy which is Bounty's new nickname for Mr. Kartel.

Start war below:

Totally Awesome Outtakes

I have posted this thing probably 3 times. It never gets old to me.

Some of my favorite quotes:

"You ever fist fought your peditrician?"
"You ever broken a Puerto Rican dude's arm for sweat pants money?"
"Then you can't be black."

The Burro Banton Story

Pretty decent for a low budget short. It's sort of an EPK for his Massive B release.

Worth watching just for the Stereo Mars footage.

Run it.

Capleton "Who Dem"

I've always been partial to this tune. I still get out of pocket when this comes on in the dance.

Design Of The Day

80's and 90's NHL graphic design is better than nearly all sports graphic design save for maybe the NBA.

If anyone has this jersey send to the SDTW HQ pronto.

Slaughterhouse

The internet's darling rap super group has arrived. Comprised of rappers: Crooked I, Royce Da 5'9", Joell Ortiz, and Joe Budden. I think it's ironic that the internet is the reason these guys are making money and losing money. I mean only real "Temple of Hip-Hop" stans are gonna go pay actual currency for this album or any album for that matter. The music industry is a whole new beast my friends. I will probably go in depth on it later.

I'm not sure why I've been posting so much rap non sense lately. I guess it's my a.d.d or something. I truly don't know.
I will try and get back to some reggae this weekend. Also I think I'm getting quite bored of blogging to be honest. I'd rather be painting or hanging with Baby Zeus.

Yup.

I Heart The Internets

Check mate.

Camron "Boss Of All Bosses" Mixtape

Cam proves once again why Dipset ain't shit without him.

I'm fully aware that the whole Dipset fiasco is as fake as the WWF (sorry I didn't watch it when it changed to WWE, Junkyard Dog whut up), but I digress.

Rap/hip-hop or what have you is nothing more than a bunch of grown men dressing like 12 year olds and making false accusations at one another. However, it is far better than listening to "electro" or whatever they are trying to re-brand techno as. Sorry dudes all that electronic stuff is techno no matter how you slice it.

So if you are gonna listen to rap at least let it be the most entertaining, ignorant, idiotic music man can make.

First track Cam raps:

"Ya bitch just like a camel, a hump or two."

That's all I need to keep listening.

Bounty Killer "Chatta Box"

I haven't been able to keep a full handle on all of the Alliance vs. Kartel f*ckery, but this is the first time I've heard Bounty really come with it.

It's more of a lyrical thing and not really a big riddim or anything, but boy is it a doozy.
